You cannot judge internal temperatures by looking at, smelling, or even tasting food. Designed for professional and home cooks alike, the Pro Food Thermometer is the perfect home gadget for barbecuing, grilling, roasting, baking, and cooking!

Simply insert the 1.5mm stainless steel probe into the thickest part of your food, then wait 10 seconds or less for the proprietary sensor to register an accurate internal food temperature. The illuminated blue backlit LCD display is easy-to-read, while the “HOLD” feature locks in the current temperature to ensure an accurate reading. The Pro Digital Food Thermometer reads between -40 – 450°F in Celsius or Fahrenheit with a resolution of 0.1°F. After 5 minutes of no usage, the Auto Shut-off feature will automatically power the unit off to extend battery life.

For added convenience and safety during use, snap the food thermometer sleeve onto the end of the unit to keep hands a safe distance from hot food and water. A built-in temperature guide is featured on the thermometer casing, so you’ll always know when your food is ready to serve. An instruction guide and 1 CR2032 battery are also included.
